Dr. Mortiere is a forensic and clinical psychologist in Manhattan. She is a New York State Licensed Psychologist with a Doctorate and Master’s in Clinical Psychology from University of Detroit Mercy, as well as a Master’s in Criminology from Eastern Michigan University.  She has been in private practice in forensic and clinical psychology for over 17 years and has extensive training and experience. 

Dr. Mortiere has a faculty appointment in the College of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry at New York University, which allows her to share her training and experience with psychologists and psychiatrists in the forensic and clinical fields.

Previous Experience

Dr. Mortiere worked for 11 years in  the Detroit Police Department as a police officer and sergeant.
